I am so completely disappointed in this book. In today's low carb or low fat world, one expects for the entries to all the pertinent information. There is NOTHING but a calorie count`; no fat, sugar, carb, fiber or any other info - definitely not enough information to prepare meals in today's world. This is the fastest and easiest to use calorie counter I have found. It's organized really nicely so I don't spend a lot of time searching for my favorite foods. So far I have found everything I need in this book. The fitness guide is really good too. It really helps me understand calories better and most importantly how to burn them off faster. I recommend this book.
